Located at 820 Flowers Court, Lot 6252, Marysville, OH 43040: On or about May 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that roofers installing shingles using pneumatic nail guns wore eye protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes. Devael Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1633164, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 55, Portrush Drive, Sunbury, OH 43074. Devael Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1477342, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Blackmore Drive, Lot 2328, Delaware, OH 43015.
