29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 15, 2023, in the warehouse, an electrical cable used to supply power to the PMI-455L automatic upcut saw (Model 455L Serial No. 45L016009) was suspended against the east wall by metal conduit clips exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
