29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) New Hope Farm, 5937 Route 11, Homer, NY 13077, on or about 4/6/23, carpenters were setting trusses, working over 21 feet from ground without having been instructed on the means, methods, and requirements to minimize or eliminate fall hazards. Lane Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518928, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 8/3/21, with respect to a workplace located at 1024 Caldwell Hill Road, Lisle, NY 13797.
