29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces: Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about February 22, 2023, employees performed work at the grain handling facility in Westfield, Illinois, on a daily basis, and the employer had not developed and implemented a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and methods determined best to reduce the accumulation of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces.
