29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about January 26, 2023 and at times prior thereto, where fire extinguishers were not maintained exposing employees to fire hazards such as; a) in the Quality Control area, the Sentry fire extinguisher was not identified and accessible for use, and b) in the Shipping Department, the Sentry fire extinguisher was observed on the floor and not mounted.
