29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: at least daily: a) Dakota Bodies at 201 20th Avenue Southeast Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to January 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that all forklifts were being inspected at least daily prior to being put into service. This condition exposed employees to struck-by or crushing hazards associated with unexpected forklift performance.
