29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Rojas Brothers Construction LLC, at a jobsite located at 138 Chapman Drive, Lot 323, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On and/or preceding July 20, 2022, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees conducting framing work. Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481700, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Woodland Sky Drive, Lot 123, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 Miguel Ramirez, the owner of Rojas Brother Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378451, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7267 Monarch Street, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
