29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Building Interior-Mechanic Shop: An employee was using a grinding machine that was not adjusted to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth of an inch, on or about 5/18/22 The Garfield Lumber & Millworks Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374899 citation number 1, item number 10(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/19, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Lanza Ave Garfield, NJ 07026.
