29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. The employer continues to fail to instruct employees on the avoidance of unsafe conditions while they installed asphalt shingles to the roof top of a new build residential home. The most recent incident of such failure occurred on or about May 5, 2022, located at 361 Kells Court West, Lot 13557, Newark, Ohio 43055: the employer failed to instruct employees on the avoidance of unsafe conditions while they installed asphalt shingles to the roof top of a new build residential home.
