29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire hazards as demonstrated on or about April 29, 2022, on the sales floor, a portable fire extinguisher was not visually inspected at least monthly. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for an other-than-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1332824, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2205 West State Street, New Castle, PA.
