Dimensional Metals, Inc., at the jobsite located at 58 Klema Dr. North, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068: On and or/preceding March 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all portable fire extinguishers on the south wall of the fabrication shop were mounted, identified and readily accessible to employees in the event of a fire.
