29 CFR 1904.32(b)(1): The employer did not extensively review the OSHA 300A Annual Summary to ensure that entries are correct and complete: U.S. Postal Service located at 900 Brentwood Road, NE Washington, DC 20018: (a) On or about January 18, 2022, the employer did not review their CY 2021 OSHA form 300A to ensure that they included all the employee injuries that occurred during Calendar Year (CY) 2021. (b) On or about May 17, 2021, the employer provided copies of the OSHA 300A for CY2021 that was dated January 25, 2022, February 1, 2022, and February 15, 2022, in which the employer failed to verified that the annual average number of employees was accurate since the numbers varied for each dated form that was provided. (c) On or about May 17, 2021, the employer provided copies of the OSHA 300A for CY2021 that was dated January 25, 2022, February 1, 2022, and February 15, 2022, in which the employer failed to verified that the total hours worked by all employees were accurate.
