29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record: 138 Abbott St., Springfield, MA: On or about November 16, 2021, the employer had not verified compliance of providing fall hazard training to employees exposed to fall hazards as part of their assigned duties by creating a written certification of training. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Eliezer J Perez was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503 B 1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number1488368, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/20 with respect to a workplace located at294 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA.
