29 CFR 1910.109(e)(2)(i): Empty containers and paper and fiber packing materials which have previously contained explosive materials were not disposed of in a safe manner, or reused in accordance with the Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR parts 177-180): (a) On or about November 03, 2021, for the employees working at or near 13456 Seventh Street NW in Grassy Butte, North Dakota where employees disposed of tubing cutter packaging in a general use trash can and left a detonated tubing cutter laying on the ground near the rig.
