29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: C & D Cup Robot Area: On or about September 27, 2021, and sometime thereafter, wires were pinched between the covering without suitable shields provided to prevent abrasion of the insulation on the wires while employees frequently accessed the area to perform service and maintenance operations.
