29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 1021 Mount De Chantel Rd, Wheeling, WV - On or about May 12, 2021, the employer did not provide training to employees performing roofing work, exposing employees to falls of 11 - 16 feet. Charm Builders, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426866, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1720 Jane St., Pittsburgh, PA.
