29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about March 23, 2021, located at 2756 Aviary, Lot HER 332, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees conducting framing work. Garcia Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508038, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3628 Swtichgrass Ct, Lot #255, Hilliard, OH 43026 Garcia Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498755, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6097 Honey Farm Way, Lot FRM009, Grove City, OH 43123
