29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about November 6, 2020, and at times prior thereto, for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, 2-Butanone Peroxide while working in and around the spray booths, the respecta area, and other chemical storage areas without first being provided information on the the chemical hazards, their health effects, the appropriate means and methods to protect themselves, or the company's hazard communication program. Clarke Products Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311129, citation number 2, item number 2, issued on October 1, 2018, and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2100 B Orchard Lane, Waco, Texas 76705.
