29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that employees utilizing stairways with 4 risers or rising more than 30 inches has stairrail systems along each unprotected edge. This violation was most recently observed at 700 Palisades Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ, at instance (a): Front Interior Stairway to 3rd Floor - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while accessing the 3rd floor framing deck utilizing wooden stairway with an unprotected side without any handrail, on or about 12/5/19. Frame Q LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329463, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/6/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 417 3rd St. Palisades Park, NJ 07650. Frame Q LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264265, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2475 6th St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024
