29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous: location: 805 Mamaroneck Ave., Mamaroneck, NY 10543, exterior of building on or about: 4/9/19 a) An employee was using extension cords to power a Chicago Electric spade handle drill, while engaged in exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) work. The grounding pins for two of the extension cords were missing. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
