29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. Located at 12365 Ebright Lane in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about April 3, 2019, the employer failed to provide fall protection training for employees performing framing work onsite. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330328, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Cloverhill Drive in Galloway, Ohio. Mauricio Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 974283, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 375 Hutchinson Avenue, Columbus, Ohio.
