29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) North building of Fairview Apartment Project: On or about March 19, 2019 and at times prior to a cord being used for power tool use had a covering pulled away from the terminal end exposing the covered wires. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
