29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) 3982 Kozy Korner Road, Center Valley, PA, Worksite on or about October 1, 2018, employees were performing residential construction work, where internal combustion engines were in use, but the worksite did not have any available fire extinguishers. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327730, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2609 Rising Sun Road, Schnecksville, PA.
