29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about July 20, 2018 and times prior to, employees in the assembly room used a metal junction box with prepunched knockouts designed to be mounted or installed inside of a wall as a pendant exposing employees to electrical hazards up to approximately 120 V. Meglio Interiors, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284974, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5669 New Peachtree Road, Chamblee GA.
