29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(11): Material safety data sheets were not made available upon request to the designated representatives or to the Assistant Secretary in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1020(e): (a) Date of Violation: On or about 07-09-2018 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service Manassas Annex, 9020 Euclid Ave. Manassas, VA 20110, Condition: Upon request by an OSHA Compliance Officer during an on-site inspection, the employer did not make available all requested Safety Data Sheets. A subpoena was issued on July 16, 2018 to obtain records. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
