29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each shift for chemicals used: 1) Production Area: On or about February 15, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burns and skin irritations in that safety data sheets (SDSs) were not made available for hazardous chemicals employees were using at the site, including but not limited to mineral spirits, transbrite, zep, and transmission fluid.
