29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about 02/13/2018 employees at the Ocean Beach Park construction site were using a ladder for purposes other than for which it was designed. Employees ladder was specifically for household use only. Connecticut Restoration, INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.1053(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897991, citation number 01, item number 01and was affirmed as a final order on 08/16/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 189/191 Montauk Avenue, New London, CT 06320.
