29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2) is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.1025: An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: (a) In the engine room of M/v Matanuska at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon: On or about 2/7/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to lead inhalation hazards, in that the employer did not perform initial determinations of employee exposure to lead.
