29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: 1) Maintenance Shop: On or about November 1, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a shock hazard in that equipment such as paint buckets and other materials were stored in front of the 480 volt electrical panel box, creating insufficient working space for authorized personnel who were required to perform service or maintenance on the equipment.
