29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders shall be secured in an upright position at all times except, if necessary, for short periods of time while cylinders are actually being hoisted or carried: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders containing oxygen and acetylene were in a secure and upright position at all times. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017 and 3 NOV 2017. Hua Da Constrcution, Inc.was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.350(a)(9) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121458, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 28 MAR 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 934 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19107.
