29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about May 23, 2017, at the above addressed worksite, where employees were exposed to chemical and fire hazards, the employer did not ensure employees had ready-access and/or knew how to access the electronic-format safety data sheets. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200(g)(8) which was contained in OSHA inspection #1041623, Citation 1, Item 2A, and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7979 Pittsford-Victor Road, Victor, NY 14564.
