29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about April 20, 2017, employees performing site clean-up underneath additional employees performing the application of shingles on a residential garage were doing so without head protection. Ryan Schultz, dba Schultzy Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1067881, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, Issued on 07/09/2015, and was affirmed final order on 07/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1586 Schaefer Circle, Appleton, WI 54915.
