29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): The employer did not provide the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, at no cost to employees. a) Throughout facility - On or about 3/2/2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that PPE such as foot protection was provided to employees at a cost while employees were handling materials and working within close proximity to forklifts.
