29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about 08/05/16, in the walk-in ice cream freezer area, employees were exposed to be trapped inside the walk-in freezer while loading and unloading the freezer, the door hardware and safety mechanism that enables an employee for a safe exit in the event that the door has closed shut was broken and not in working condition. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
