29 CFR 1910.27(b)(1)(ii): The distance between rungs were not uniform throughout the ladder: a) On or about 7/6/2016, The rungs for vertical ladder leading to Chemical tote dispensing platform in the waste treatment room were not uniform throughout the ladder. The ladder was used to access the platform to monitor dosing pumps and chemical lines for the totes.
