29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) Sawmill: The sawmill is not free of sawdust which has accumulated on electrical conduit and wires, the interior of electrical panels, edger motor, cutoff/chop saw motor, area below the edger, wood structural components of walls, and areas below the mill as deep as 5 feet. This violation was most recently determined on March 9, 2016. (b) Mulching Area: The mulching area is not free of sawdust which has accumulated on electrical conduit and wires, the interior of electrical panel, chipper motor, wood structural components and walls, and piles of mulch as high as 20 feet. This violation was most recently determined on March 9, 2016. Wayne Lumber and Mulch, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Housekeeping, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961178, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located in Wayne, WV.
