29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): All lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard: a) Outside yard office, 6th and Center Streets, Tarentum, Pennsylvania 15084: Observed on or about July 28, 2015, the light bulbs on light fixtures on the ceiling of the outside yard office were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard. Employees working in the outside yard office were exposed to the hazards of electric shock and cuts and scrapes from broken glass in the event that the light bulbs would break.
