29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. Roof- Employees operating pneumatic nail guns were not protected from eye injuries where eye protection was not worn. Update Roofing Contracting Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004704, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at East Ridge Road, Unit 19-25, Merrimack, NH 03054.
