29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On or about May 19, 2015, employees using nail guns and saws were not wearing safety glasses, exposing themselves to eye injuries. Panama City Framing & Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943691, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on October 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 21109 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32401.
