29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: The Company did not ensure that at least a 3 foot clearance was maintained in front of electrical equipment. Equipment includes; but is not limited to, the following: a. The electrical distribution panels and/or cabinets, located in the stock-house area of the facility, were blocked by a metal plate and two portables welders. b. Circuit breakers boxes, located in the bag house were blocked by multiple slings, task lights, extension cords and a Dayton 10 inch bench grinder.
