29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Crossbraces were used as a means of access: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees were using the crossbraces to access platforms and work areas. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Best Stucco, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 428553, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/12, with respect to a workplace located at 114 Columbia Street, Clyde, New York.
