29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(1): The equipment was operated in excess of its rated capacity. Location: 25 Sixth Street, Chelsea, MA; On or about 03/21/2023, the Tadano GR800XL (serial number: 547134) crane was operated multiple times outside of acceptable limits as stated on the load charts in the operators cab which called for the counterweight to be installed and was logged on the equipment's LMI/AML.
