29 CFR 1926.1416(e)(5)(i): The operator did not verify that the position of the outriggers or stabilizers was correct (in accordance with manufacturer procedures) before beginning operations requiring outrigger or stabilizer deployment. Location: 25 Sixth Street, Chelsea, MA; On or about 03/21/2023, the crane operator utilized the Tadano GR800XL (serial number: 547134) crane without verifying the outrigger position, resulting in a tip over.
