Recordkeeping - The 2020 OSHA 300 log, case 108 did not identify the 61 days that the employee was on restriction in column L. c. Recordkeeping - The 2020 OSHA 300 log, case 115 did not identify the 22 days that the employee was on restriction in column L. d.
