Location: site On or about 8/17/15, the fall protection plan in use during the framing process did not adequately document the reasons why the use of conventional fall protection systems is infeasible or why their use would create a greater hazard. Contractors Imperial Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.502(k)(5) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014607, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/15 with respect to a workplace located at 1700 W Cleveland Street, Tampa, FL.
