29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices shall be affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: (a) Maintenance employees climbed underneath the four Bobst machines to oil the cam and chain and to release air from the brake, without first affixing a lockout device to the energy isolating devices for the electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and gravity energy sources. Burrows Paper Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964348, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 Commerce Center Drive, Franklin, Ohio.
