29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On or about August 28, 2014, an employee is using a pneumatic air gun to secure plywood without the use of eye protection, exposing himself to eye injuries from flying debris or nails. Jasper Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1); which was contained in OSHA inspection number 546338, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/28/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10775 Glengate Loop, Littleton Colorado,80130 .
