29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On 7/8/2024 at approximately 14:30, a work-related incident occurred on a jobsite that resulted in a hospitalization. The injured worker was admitted to the hospital on 7/8/2024. The employer failed to report the hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.
