29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a)Wheeler Tank Manufacturing, Inc. at 4001 North 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to February 27, 2024, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used onsite were maintained. TSafety data sheets for the following hazardous chemicals at the workplace were not maintained: -Liquid Oxygen. -Liquid Nitrogen. -Sherplate Part B. -Zep Degreaser. -Oakite.
