29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: a) Throughout the facility, located at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, #200, Savannah, GA 31407, on or about October 24, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were permitted to operate powered industrial trucks without sounding the horn when going around corners and in traveling in other areas of the warehouse where vision was obstructed by product and cross aisles.
